At Store More, we are totally dedicated to delivering customer satisfaction, backed up by a high level of service and technical assistance.

Orders for timber, metal, vinyl and plastic sheds and cabinets are accepted at Store More on the basis of pre-payment by cheque, or by giving a credit / debit card number for the full amount of the purchase. We accept all major cards (except American Express)

 

All prices advertised on the Store More site include VAT at 17.5% and delivery to most destinations on the UK mainland, carried out predominantly by our own fleet of vehicles.  Our specially trained drivers are courteous and helpful, and are equipped to offload your chosen items and deliver them to your door with no assistance required from the customer.

Surcharges apply for deliveries to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland (please apply for surcharges at the time of ordering).  Please note, special arrangements would need to be made to ship to offshore addresses such as Ireland (North or South), Channel Islands, or the Isle of Man.  Prices on application.



Upon receipt of an order Store More will send a written confirmation to you, with an estimated ‘week commencing’ delivery date. This confirmation will advise you that you will be contacted during the week prior to that specified date to advise an exact day of delivery, with an estimate of an AM or PM delivery slot. Specific delivery arrangements can be made at this point with our logistics staff, and no unreasonable special delivery request will be refused if it is at all possible for us to accommodate you.

You will also find on your confirmation full details and specification of the shed you have ordered. Please read this information carefully, to ensure that what you have ordered is suitable and correctly sized for your intended use, as corrections or cancellations can be made easily at this point at no cost to yourselves.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before despatch without any charge.
Any orders cancelled after goods have left the warehouse will be subject to a freight charge equivalent to the full outward and return freight costs. In this case,
goods must be returned undamaged, in original condition, and in the original packaging material.

No return of goods will be accepted if any part of the building has been assembled, either fully or partly, unless the reason for return is due to Store More dispatching the incorrect goods, or a major fault being identified with the product. In the latter event, Store More must be given the opportunity to identify and rectify the fault before return is authorised.


IMPORTANT:
Please inspect and check you purchase immediately on receipt of the goods

In the unlikely event of any missing or damaged parts problems, Store More must be notified
within five working days of receipt, and replacements will be dispatched by fast courier free of charge. Any requests after that time will be subject to a charge.

 

 

‘B GRADE’ SHEDS

Please note, ‘B grade’ sheds are sheds which have been returned to our warehouse and have subsequently been checked and re-packed for sale at large discounts.

You may expect to find minor scratches or dents on these products, but any parts which have suffered major damage in transit are replaced prior to re-packing.  Minor damages will not adversely affect your warranty on the product, and will only be aesthetically detrimental.

Due to the large discounts granted on these items they are deemed Non-returnable, however, should there be a case for major disagreement  on the standard of the shed, we will be happy to replace shed parts providing the faulty parts are made available for our inspection and verification.
